Yeah I turned it to ’stop’ and still nothing happened. It won’t open. I’ve pulled it and it won’t open.

Yeah the duvet was practically packed in there, like no room (i know i shouldn’t have put it in)

Oh a duvet is a bed thing…quilt?? A large thing filled with feathers/stuffing which you put over you.
