Are the Ikea quilt covers the same as duvet covers?

    Yep. And they come in the standard full/queen, king and twin sizes. Ikea sells their own non-down comforters, but their “quilt covers” work fine with my down comforters. Their fabric designs are hip, and they cost less than a full-price duvet cover at some other store.
