Who_Loves_Pizza?_I do!_I do! asked:
I need detailed instructions please.
I’m used to comforters, but duvets are a whole other world to me.
Where do I start, and what do I do?
Does apparent quality matter–such as buying from Target vs. Nordstrom?–for the stuffing?

The stuffing as you call it is usually a down comforter and down comforters come in a myriad of price ranges. Pick one you can afford but choose one with decent enough down fill in it. Duvets come in many prices as well. Again, choose something that fits into your budget. You can also use an old comforter to fill it if you wish. A duvet is only a cover. They are nice because they are usually washable as opposed to dry cleaning and a nice way to change out your bedding colors. Many Europeans use the filled duvet as the comforter and top sheet.
