where can i find a white satin duvet cover? At what age should a toddler start to use a pillow and duvet in her cot?

I have flat sheets that we don’t use, and I’m having trouble finding a duvet cover to match our sheets. How much do you think it would cost, realistically, to pay someone to fashion a duvet out of the flat sheets I have? I’m thinking with button closures.

Also, I live in NJ and work in NY so there are plenty of dry cleaners that offer “alterations” .. should I go to them, or find my seamstress elsewhere?

This really shouldn’t be too hard to do… It is basically a few seams and buttonholes…. I would think that you might start at the dry cleaner and ask if they would do something like that or if they could reccomend someone who sews that would do it for you. $20-50 labor should do it. You buy the materials… buttons, etc.
