   These would all look good in a light blue room:

   Brown is a good complementry color to light blue. It you want a serene kind of bedroom, I suggest you choose one of the more neutral beddings. If you want something more modern and hip, chose one of the patterned ones. Get pillows from a local store that match exactly the color of the walls to tye it to your bedspread. The worst thing you can do is have a plain bedspread the same color as the walls - it would be an overload of blue! Good luck!
