most ikea twin covers are $30, but some are a bit more expensive.
edit: you said duvet cover, im not sure if you want the actual blanket part of it, but these are just covers, like a giant pillowcase..not really. haah just saying in case. im pretty sure that is what you want though.

you could try your local craigslist…they usually have tons for sale and you can find them new and cheap!
