No, sweating is just the way the body cools down. Once you drink anything, youll get it back, and dont stop drinking water, because your body cell is 75% water. you didnt know this? im 12 and i know this!!!!!

Only water loss, as soon as you drink it will be back. This is not healthy either. You want to remain appropriately hydrated.
